1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using ButterPOS services (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and PT. Butter Teknologi Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: ButterPOS software, services, and related applications
  • User: Any individual or entity using our Platform
  • Account: Your registered user profile and associated data
  • Content: All data, information, and materials on the Platform
  • Services: All features and functionality provided by ButterPOS

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

When creating an Account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your Account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Services and Fees

ButterPOS offers various features and services, some of which may require payment. All fees are stated in IDR unless otherwise specified. Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt Platform functionality
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape our Platform
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by PT. Butter Teknologi Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to provide our services.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of such services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PT. BUTTER TEKNOLOGI GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT. Butter Teknologi Group from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your Account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
